P160 Automatic center filled energy ball making machine consists of P160 Automatic encrusting machine, P160-1 Automatic energy ball rolling machine and P160-2 Coconut flakes coating machine.
The P160 Automatic encrusting machine is the major extruder machine for making both center filled balls and non-filled balls. There are two hoppers: left hopper for the dough casing and extrusion, the other right hopper for center fillng materials. The ball sizes can be changed by the extrusion nozzles mold.
The P160-1 Automatic energy ball rolling machine is special made for rolling the dough into ball shape. The ball diameter range is 10mm-50mm. The energy ball roller machine consists of stainless 304 structure and teflon coated aluminum rolling wheel. The rolling wheel need to be customized according to customer's ball diameter. It is easy to replace and operate.
The P160-2 Automatic coconut flakes coating machine inside is inserted a rotating drum with adjustable speed. The coconut flakes coating machine can coat coconut flakes, coco powder, grounded nuts, smashed nuts, seeds, and so on.
The multifunctional stuffed energy ball making machine is flexible with each section can be separately used. Customer can take either one of them according to their needs.
If customer need to make center filled energy ball, he need to load the right hopper with ceter filling materials, which can be chocolate, jam, fruit paste, cream, peanut butter, etc. If customer need to make normal balls without stuffing, he just keep the right hopper empty or load it with the casing dough.
P160 Automatic food encrusting machine can make other food as well, such as snack bar, falafel, meatball, fish ball, cheese ball, arrancini, coxinha, cookies, pies, buns, frozen food, etc.
1.This P160 food encrusting machine is the major machine to extrude and cut the dough or mixture, It has two hoppers on each side: left side for normal casing, right side for center filling. Each hopper has two spiral screws horizonally designed to extrude the materials to the rectifier, then down to extrusion pipe and nozzle, finally cutted by the round shutter. The protein ball extruder can form and cut each dough into uniform size and weight with weight erro +-1gram.
Besides, the imli ball maker machine copys manual working and uses PLC control system with touch screen panel, it is a fully automatic machine.
2.The energy ball protein ball machine is the secondary machine connected after the protein ball extrusion machine, the protien ball rolling machine adopts stainless steel structure and aluminum rolling wheel to roll each ball with adjustable speed and anti-sticky treatment. The ball diameter rolling range is 10mm to 50mm.
3.The coconut flake coating machine also adpots stainless steel structure and aluminum rotating drum, it can coat coconut flakes, smashed nuts, powder, seeds, and so on.
Besides, the protein ball extruder can coordinate with date bar cutting machine to make date cookies and fruit bars, and coordinate with maamoul stamping device to make maamouls and mooncakes.
