PAPA food machine offers customizable extruders designed for the manufacture of health food bars, confections, dough or any product extrudable in ropes. Extruder configurations include double rolling screws to guarantee the dough extruded successfully to the rectifier, and a extra roller on top of hopper rolling down the mixture to guarantee no mixture come out. the horizontal design guarantees the perfect bar shape, the rectifer gurantees the uniform same size and weight of bar.

Papa machine has an in-house lab for testing the extrudability of products. Customers can even utilize our facility remotely. Simply send us your ingredients for testing and we'll provide video footage of the results.

 

Papa P308 model energy dates bar making machine is mainly designed for hard , dry and big particel materials bars, the motor that we use is 380V, three phase motor,which can produce very strong torque. All the metal parts,including the exrusion screw adopt to the full 304 stainless steel,which can handle the very hard and dry ingredients. If you wanna making chocolate protein bar , we have PE8 chocolate enrober and 3.2m cooling tunnel for your choice .   
 
The cooling tunnel has strong 3P power refrigerating unit to reach minimum minus 20 ºC temperature. Except for cooling chocolate, customer can connect the cooling tunnel right after the protein bar machine for making sticky bars without chocolate coating. 
 
180 ° Turning conveyor is used to connect the cooling tunnel and flow wrapping line for saving space. Customer can take it out as long as he has enough space for the protien bar production line. Besides, we can customize the turning conveyor to different radian ( such as 90 °)to meet customer's factory layout.
